I am a junior this year, and have been living at CV for a couple months now. My apartment is super nice, and it is the best ... location you can get for a great price. The staff are super helpful and always willing to help. Carly is an outstand asset to the DTN team and is always very kind. Americana Apartments
I love living here! The location is great, like 30 seconds to walk to Qdoba. The staff are wonderful, always willing to work ... with you. We have never had to wait a long time for maintenance to come, and usually they are pretty awesome at fixing everything. The place is super nice also. The only downside is the parking because you only get two parking passes per apartment so some people have to park other places. And the place is NOT sound-proof at all.
